Ok, the rack is fine; but if you're getting un-browned bottoms trying to bake in you Empava electric oven be sure you've removed the included baking sheet; if you thought that thing was a "drip pan" sitting at the bottom of the oven, it's not, it blocks a significant amount of heat from the bottom of the oven and it's only referenced in one place in the manual - thankfully there is a marketing image on the HD product page that shows cookies being baked on it, positively indicating this is functional cookware, not a mechanical oven component.
Remove the "baking sheet" from the bottom of your oven if you're trying to bake on the wire racks!!
I did quite a bit of research picking the one that suited my kitchen and purposes. Used both human (daughter) and AI assistants to make my selection. The Empava made all the lists. This fit my space well. Installation was straightforward. Operation is simple enough, more modern that my old knobs from 1970
We are remodeling our kitchen and needed a cooktop we can set on our unplugged stove to cook with. This thing has been a great buy for us. We've been able to cook anything on it we need. Its taking us longer to complete our remodel than we expected, of course. Being induction our cast iron pots and pans work great on it.
We've became a fan of induction, its safer and cooks well.
Once we move and are in a rv full time we plan on using it on a table on nice days outside. Then while we are building our house. So we will be using it for several years. We also intend on using it for thanksgiving or christmas when you just dont have enough burners available. .
Easy to assemble, great quality, sheet added for cutting size. Highly recommend it.
Absolutely love this bathtub! It looks elegant and modern, and the hydromassage feature is very relaxing. The size is perfect and it feels very comfortable. Installation was smoother than expected and the quality is excellent. Definitely worth it if you're looking to upgrade your bathroom.
Very happy with this purchase. So far (2 weeks in) works perfectly. Great value. Never heard of the name, but seem like good quality materials and burners light quickly once you get the hang of turning them on. At first I was wondering if the markings that show burner position were decals, but they appear to be etched into the cooktop. So they won't eventually be rubbing off. Not terribly hard to be happy when this cooktop replaced a 36 year old 4 burner Jenn-Air that was down to only 3 burners that worked.
I particularly like that this has different capacity burners. But what I'm not a huge fan of (but really doesn't matter), is how tall the grates are, in comparison to my previous cooktop.
Pretty easy to install as well, although I'm a bit too old to be contorting myself upside-down inside of my cabinets to anchor it down. I've attached a few pictures, including of the cooktop it replaced.
Did a burn in to remove the factory coating inside the oven so it smoked up white smoke so had to open the windows. Easy to set up.
This huge is industrial strength. My contractor was very impressed. Has a lot if power and so many extras. No need to buy fillers. Just rinse with warm soapy water.
It arrived in a plywood box that was securely fastened and there was no evidence of any damage. It looks beautiful in our bathroom and operates just as advertised! I love that the water looks so blue in it, although it may be reflecting from the sky outside.
Same width as my old stove however can't fit same size pans inside this one due to it being smaller inside. Also comes with 12 wire and doesn't pull enough amps to require anything larger then a 20 amp breaker. Doesn't come With fittings for th werid whip to be able to go into a junction box either. Overall this thing is super tiny be better for small apartment
Me gusta mucho. Ocupa poco espacio. Se ve facil usar y limpiar. Abanico poco ruido.
We are extremely happy with this cooktop after a little over 3 months usage. Assembly and installation was a breeze (measure carefully to make sure it fits your cutout!). The middle burner is HOT. You will need adequate ventilation for the higher BTUs, but wok cooking is greatly improved. We use it almost every time we cook. The layout is a bit awkward if you're not using the center burner, as the pans are off to the sides and straining the edges of the ventilation system. If possible a 33- or even a 36-inch hood would be a good idea. That's the only real issue.
When using the center burner with a wok or large frying pan, there's not much room for the corner burners, but that's pretty much baked into the design concept, so an acceptable trade-off. Clean-up is easy if you wipe it every time. So far we haven't had an issue with the control knobs melting, but we're pretty careful. This cooktop is incredible value for money... We wish we had upgraded from our old white porcelain top YEARS ago.
Easy to install, Powerful flame, Sleek design, Safe for families
