Love the design of the tub and quality. At this moment it has not been installed. I'm disappointed that there are no pictures showing the underside of all plumbing and electrical component locations. This makes it impossible to pre-plumb the electrical, drain and water supply locations without physically having this tub. We did have a delivery schedule issue but was resolved by Kidd Wong in customer support. Thanks!

We had no information to shorten the corrugated drain tube. What product to use. Because the tube is so long the tub drains slow. Our drain is directly below the tub drain.
