Owned over 4 years and still love this oven

I replaced an expensive GE Monogram over 4 yrs ago and am very happy with my choice.The GE was not at all durable. The door hinge broke and could not be fixed. The Empava has been much better. It still works great, heats evenly and is better insulated. It does not heat up the kitchen.

Runs cooler

I bought the entire package of a fridge, dishwasher, range and this wall oven. Everything got delivered a month ago except the range (still on backorder). I rely on this oven for all my meals, and am still getting used to the cook times. I bought a thermometer to verify if this was heating at the temps I was setting it at. I've found out that this oven runs 5 degrees cooler than my program setting. My last oven was 5 degrees hotter.

Great oven

We bought this in October last year. What a beauty. Gets up to temp fast. Nice even cooking. The timer is simple to use. Converting recipes from standard to convection is super simple with the on display prompts. The temperature probe is a fantastic feature. Just plug into the wall and then to your roast, set the diaries internal temp and it shuts off automatically when the temperature is reached. Fantastic oven. Will be getting a second one soon.

Good instruction for programing features

It is a beautiful oven + features are great. After the first few times using it, felt that the temperature was not correct, so exciting to see that I could make changes to correspond to what seemed to be proper for the temperature displayed. Very pleased with this purchase.

Love this Oven!

I bought this oven 2 months ago and am really enjoying it. My old oven was 10 yearsold and I wasn't looking forward to learning how to use all of the new features but it has been very easy. There are 2 lights inside that make it simple to check the food and the black interior is really beautiful. The oven holds its set temperature well and the ood cooks evenly. I had trouble hearing the timer at first but learned that the volume could be increased.
