Anonymous I purchased an Empava free-standing tub that came with chrome fixtures; I wanted brushed nickel. I changed them out prior to installation and I am beyond pleased with both look and function.

Brandi A This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. In trying to remodel my bathroom, I have purchased 4 bathtubs from Empava. Two of the tubs showed up with the wrong tub in the box, one was damaged with missing parts, and the fourth, I was emailed after ordering and taking my payment saying that it was back ordered and that it would arrive 2 months after the original delivery date.
As bad as that all is, the worst part is the customer service, or lack of. I have spoken to the rep several times who “promised” to quick ship the missing parts for the damaged tub. I was willing to keep a damaged tub just to get my remodel complete, since getting a new replacement tub proved to be impossible. After waiting 3 weeks I have still not received the replacement parts. I have called and left messages and emailed daily, with no response. I have spent $2600, 4 times, and can’t get what I need from this company. My bathroom model is on hold and the contractor is angry for the delays that this company has caused. To say that I wouldn’t give this company two cents of my money is an understatement!! How they are in business is beyond me. I have owned a business for 25 years and this kind of customer service is unacceptable on every level.
