Does your Empava-59JT011 59-inch Freestanding Japanese-Style Air Massage Tub come with a heater?
Unfortunately, the tub you're currently looking at doesn't come with a heater. But don't worry, we have other options that might suit your needs better. Have you considered our model 59jt319led or 67jt351led? They both come with a heater, and we also have custom tub options available if you'd like something even more specific.
How does a person get in and out of this tub? Is it okay for the elderly?
I'm glad you're interested in our bathtub! Just to clarify, you can safely step into and out of the tub by standing on a stable chair. However, if you're elderly or have mobility issues, it's best to have someone assist you. If you're looking for a more convenient option, our walk-in tub might be the best choice for you.
