Beautiful!

We replaced our fridge, wall oven, and added a built in microwave. I LOVE this oven! The sliding rack is one of my favorite features. We also love the thermometer. It made cooking our thanksgiving turkey a breeze! The oven beeped when the bird was done! No more calculating time per pound!

Beautiful, Functional Oven

My old Fridgidaire oven bit the bullet and when I was having my space measured for a new one, the installer highly recommended Empava. I have never owned anything from Empava. This oven feels like it will last a long time too! It is a beautiful cobalt black in the interior and it has three racks! I can cook on all three of them when I use convection and the food is evenly cooked! My boys LOVE the convection for cooking french fries. We have never had such crispy fries! The controls are very intuitive and easy to use. The only drawback and not a really big deal is it takes longer to preheat than my old oven. But is so solidly built, I am sure that is because of the superior build and insulation. Buy it! You will NOT be disappointed!

Good oven but slow to preheat

This is our second Empava electric oven. Our first lasted 6 years and we fried it when we used the self-clean function. (We've been told since never to use self-clean, even though there's a button for it). 6 years is a pretty good run though. The new one is beautiful, works great, has a nice interface and is accurate, but it takes a LONG time to preheat. 15-20 minutes. Seems excessive but we're just having to adjust how we plan meals.

Lots To Learn

This Empava oven was purchased to replace an 18 year old oven that functioned great, but keypad replacement was impossible.
This new Empava oven has lots of features Ill love learning to use. The bake and broil functions work as expected and temperatures match recipes used. The probe to measure internal meat/poultry temperatures is a real plus (goodbye to that old digital one with the teeny numbers)
My only concern at this time is how long the Cool Down takes. The manual said it might take s few minutes; its closer to an hour that the Cool Down message stays on the screen. Hoping thats not an indication of a future problem.

Worth the money

I love this wall oven. It wonderful. It bakes well and I love the fact that after I turn off theres an automatic fan that comes on and cool down the oven and when it detects that the oven has returned to normal operation, it shuts down. This wall oven is wonderful. It's the best.

Nice looking Oven, but if it has steam clean, it would be perfect.

Oven arrived ahead of schedule and was in good good condition. The stainless steel finish looks very good.
The panels and screws are stable and clear but the steam clean is not available. It does open and close smoothly and it has a luxury feel to it. Just started using the oven a few days ago, so far so good.
