Love this stove top!

I’m a total researcher, and loved what I read about this stovetop, but leery because I’d never heard of the brand. I love everything about this, and so happy I got it! Heats very quickly, so convenient and easy to clean, very good looking, a variety of heat top sizes, love the location of the knobs - which are nice quality. Overall a great product!

A beautiful unit

I purchased this Model #EPV-36GC23 gas cooktop from Empava in July. At the completion of a kitchen remodel, the new cooktop was installed. It's a beautiful unit that is easy to clean and was very reasonably priced. I'm very pleased with this purchase and look forward to years of trouble free use.

Very impressed with the product and the customer service

Replaced my old 1960s gas cooktop that had many issues. Installation was very straightforward and the only thing extra I had to purchase was a range gas line installation kit. Like others have stated in their reviews, I found the burners ran too hot. I contacted Empava customer support and they sent me instructions on how to adjust the flames. Very impressed with the product and the customer service I received. Buy itYou Will love it!

Our stove top went out Thanksgiving week. I ordered a 36 Empava stove top model#EMPV-36GC23 on line from this site and received it the same week. A few pieces on the grates were broken. I called Empavas customer service. They immediately shopped parts out & I received that week. I love the stove stop and customer service goes above & beyond. They even gave me a follow up call to confirm we were please. Stove top good. Shipping and packaging great. Customer service excellent. Im very impressed and would definitely order from Empava in the future.

I've been using this cooktop for over a month and cannot find one thing I don't like about it. From the simmer burner to the dual action center burner it is everything that an amateur chef could want in this price range and size. It looks beautiful and is very easy to clean.

Installation is not a problem

I was going to buy a larger 36 in cooktop but it was too big for our kitchen space. Our Empava 36 in cooktop shipped very quickly and was a great fit for our space. I was worried that our 30 in hood/cooktop would be too small but so far so good. The middle 5th burner heats water VERY fast, faster even than our kettle like we usually do. Cooktop looks nice and I don't think installation was a problem. If I have any complaint it's that I sometimes have to switch to a smaller burner because this thing has a lot of power. For the price we paid I think this is a very good buy.
