We love the product, it arrived looking just as represented. The only misgiving is that the clips which hold the cooktop in place only work on certain thicknesses of counter tops.

10 stars,? After I have done extensive research at home improvement stores and online, I decided to purchase this cooktop unit. This is the first major appliance that I did purchase online. The packaging came in great when it was delivered and it was the exact measurements of this cooktop were perfect to slide right into my cut out on the granite countertop. Hooked everything up according to the directions and works like a charm. the seller and the product are great!!!

Great value! We were waiting on a similar cooktop from Lowes for 4 months before we decided to get one on Empava. It was worth price and we are very impressed with the quality! Works perfectly. Very powerful! Also the grates are super heavy and sturdy. The heaviness makes it a little difficult to lift and clean but that's really my only complaint.
