I haven't installed yet due to it being new construction but it is very nice! Its bigger than I thought it would be (measurements aren't off, just bigger than I imagined). Packaged well and absolutely beautiful!

The jets are well worth the upgrade. It took me a month of daily use to alleviate most of my back pain. I'm glad that Empava carries this model as I couldn't find it anywhere else

It was a really big package but it came very well packed and with very good instructions. We got a contractor to tackle the installation which came out as very nice looking. Most happy with empava

The tub itself is great. It has all the bells and whistles. Its very comfortable and works like a charm. The quick drain is incredibly fast. I am very pleased with my Empava, and would definitely purchase again. Best tub out there!!

Received, electrical connected, plumbing done and Nana christened this wonderful tub. Only had access to shower and needed a good soaking. Finally got that and loved it.

They were very helpful and their site was easy to shop at. All bathtubs arrived and were as advertised.

Very well packaged, great finish, a big improvement from my 20 year old tub.

Perfect fit for our renovated master bathroom.

The tub came well packaged and was delivered in a timely manner. Its not yet installed, but its a deep tub with just enough lumbar support that I think its going to be the perfect relaxation spot in our new bathroom. Ill try to update once its installed.

This walk-in bathtub is easy to use, attractive, and versatile. I was present when plumbers installed it, and they tell me it was very easy to install. The tub fills quickly and drains rapidly (less than 2 minutes). The controls are easy to use, too. The sprayer wand acts like a shower when it's stowed away. I keep a tall table next to the tub for the various items needed for a bath; the top of the tub doesn't have any space for such things. Also, I have towel and robe hooks on the wall nearby. Most importantly, getting in and out of the tub is very, very easy. The jets soothe away muscle tension. Be careful! Start the jets on the lowest setting and then increase the pressure until you like the result. The jets are powerful! Oh, one other thing: the tub is easy to clean. This Empava tub is very well designed. I am very pleased with my purchase.
