I was forced to replace my old oven because it stopped working and the part needed was no longer available (about 8 years old). My new oven looks very nice and fortunately is very similar in operations so I didn't need to learn an entire new system. It seems to work well, but I've only had it for less than a month, hence the 4 star rating.

Love the "proof" function.

I make lots of bread so the proof function is appreciated. In future, a dehydrate setting at 120F would be great also. I love the convection functions. Easy to operate.

Impossible to Beat

I purchased a full line of Empava appliances for a kitchen remodel. My old wall oven was so loud it sounded like a leer jet was overhead. I was extremely scared about spending money on new wall ovens (purchased two-one with convection and one without) and have the same issue. I was pleasantly surprised and so glad I purchased Empava. Thank you Empava!!

We have just finished our kitchen reno and this was one of my favorite upgrades - love the size of the oven, so glad I was able to get convection. I had a convection oven many years ago and loved it then, this is even better and even computes the conversion temperature and time for my favorite dishes. One of the best features is removable racks, can fit so much in and still be assured it will cook correctly
