Do I need to keep my physical receipt?

For online orders, keeping an electronic copy of the receipt is sufficient. For in-store orders, you can take a photo of the receipt or invoice to save for your records.

Can I register products from any retailer?

The retailer must be one that has an agreement with Empava.

What if I can't find my model number?

Typically, a label is affixed to the user manual and the product itself. Some older products did not have labels, but these have all been discontinued.

How long does registration take?

You can fill out the electronic warranty card on the official website; entering the key information typically takes only 3–5 minutes. Alternatively, you can contact support@empava.com directly by sending your order invoice and details regarding the product issue to customer service; they will manually register the warranty information and assist with after-sales support.
